Is the price I pay a one off fee?	Yes, the price you pay is a one off. we will not charge you again to use your training material.

How do I receive the training material?	Once you have paid for the training material through our online shopping cart our automated systems will email you a download link along with a unique activation code. the email will contain all the instructions you re require to install the material on you PC.

I have not received the download instructions after payment, what do I do?	During busy times our systems can take upto 3 hours to send the download instructions to you. But in the interim it is always a good idea to check your junk mail folder as occasionally our automated emails can be incorrectly identified as being spam. If you have still not received your download instructions and are concerned please contact us on vtraining@woodthorpeitsolutions.co.uk

Do i receive any tutorial support as part of the course?	No, our course is provided as reference material. But should you require additional training / support we can make arrangements to provide additional onsite training (Additional charge). Is the course accredited?	No, the course is not currently accredited by any official body. But the course does provide a simple to use supporting resource that is useful to anyone learning the software package the course covers.

How many times can I install the training material?	Unless otherwise stated all prices allow you to install the training material on 1 PC. If you require bulk installations 10 units or more please contact us to discuss.
